Meet Julie, Founder of The Skin Proper. With over two decades of experience in advanced aesthetics as well as working in plastic surgery and dermatology, Julie is recognized for her results-driven approach, advanced clinical expertise, and unwavering commitment to skin health at every stage of life.
Julie’s philosophy is rooted in education, integrity, and personalized care. She believes exceptional results come from combining advanced treatments, evidence-based skincare, and a deep understanding of skin physiology. Her dedication extends beyond her own clients. Julie personally trains and mentors every aesthetician at The Skin Proper, ensuring each provider upholds the same elevated standards, protocols, and patient-centered approach. This commitment guarantees a consistent, high-level experience and transformative results for every client, regardless of provider.
Outside of the treatment room, Julie cherishes time with her family and grandchildren. When she’s not in the office treating clients, she enjoys staying active, hiking, vacationing, and exploring new destinations.

Meet Keialina – or as most of you know her, Ali!
As our committed Practice Manager, Ali brings 14 years of experience in the dental and healthcare and cosmetic industry, seamlessly transitioning into the world of Med Spa management. With a passion for business development and client care, she ensures that every guest receives a personalized, top-tier experience by guiding our expert team with her leadership and infectious energy.
Ali’s bubbly personality and genuine love for people create a warm and welcoming environment where every client feels like family. She is committed to making sure you leave our spa feeling confident, cared for, and beyond satisfied with your service.
When she’s not in the office, Ali is a proud mom to her two princess daughters, who keep her on her toes with their endless energy and joy. She also loves merging her passions for cooking, fitness, and health—crafting delicious, nutritious recipes for her family and sharing them with other busy moms.

Juliana is a Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in acute care settings. She is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, grounded in integrity, trust, and a strong commitment to education and preventive medicine.
Juliana leads The Skin Proper’s Weight Loss Program, providing thoughtful, personalized care designed to support each client throughout their wellness journey. She approaches every patient interaction with intention, warmth, and a focus on helping clients feel confident, informed, and supported.
Her heart for people is evident in everything she does, and she is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client.
Outside of work, Juliana enjoys traveling, cooking, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with her husband and their goldendoodle, Nilla.

Melissa
Advanced Aesthetician & Brow Artist
Meet Melissa. Melissa is passionate about all things skincare and beauty! She specializes in results-driven skincare, including customized facials, acne treatments, anti-aging therapies, Microneedling, Clear + Brilliant, and Sofwave. She creates personalized treatment plans designed to support long-term skin health and deliver visible, confidence-boosting results.
In addition to advanced skincare, Melissa is known for her precision brow shaping and lash artistry. From simple wax and shaping appointments to full brow transformations with detailed mapping, lamination, and staining, she combines artistry with technique to beautifully enhance her clients’ natural features.
But her talents don’t stop there—Melissa is also a professional dancer! Currently performing in MJ Live at Harrah’s, she has been part of the Las Vegas entertainment industry for over a decade, including a role in the legendary Jubilee! When she’s not in the treatment room or on stage, she loves spending time with her big family and snuggling with her adorable pup, Zeus.
Melissa is thrilled to bring her expertise, artistry, and passion to every client she works with. Whether it’s achieving glowing skin, perfectly shaped brows, or lifted lashes, she’s dedicated to helping you look and feel your most confident.
